Shipping Policy – Khetika


Khetika is committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across India through trusted third-party logistics partners.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours from order confirmation.

  • Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during peak sales, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.


2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, courier operations, and external factors beyond our control.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or logistical disruptions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Charges may vary based on order value, delivery location, weight, or promotional offers.


4. Tracking Information

  • Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email and/or SMS.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s system.


5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address details.

  • Khetika shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Unavailability of recipient

    • Refusal to accept delivery

Any additional shipping or return-to-origin charges in such cases may be recovered from the customer.


6. Risk Transfer

Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon dispatch from Khetika’s warehouse. However, this does not limit customer rights in cases of damaged or defective products, which remain governed by the Return & Refund Policy.


7. Force Majeure

Khetika shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, courier disruptions, or force majeure events.
